Kristen Miller was born on August 20th 1977. A third generation Californian, Kristen grew up in Manhattan Beach, raised by her mother, a choreographer and her father, a lawyer. She got into acting at the early age of 6 doing musical theatres. "My mom was a choreographer and she would take me to rehearsal with her when I was a little girl." Miller recalls, "I couldn't wait to get up on that stage myself!". She spent her youth performing in musicals and plays all across Southern California, including two years with the Long Beach Civic Light Opera. She has starred in theatrical productions of "Mame", "City of Angels", "Guys and Dolls", "The Little Foxes", "Cabaret", "Charlotte's Web", "Brighton Beach Memoirs" and "Oswego". After Kristen graduated high school, she saw opportunites in film and television, where she started off guest starring on shows such as Saved By The Bell:The New Class, Malibu Shores, and Hope and Gloria. Her break came in 1997, when she became a regular on the teen series, USA High. Kristen played a British student named Ashley Elliot, and yes, she even sported an English accent too.
