Carmen Electra's News:
Super Bowl Parties
It was a super night at the Super Bowl, but the stars didn't have to wait for kick off for the action to start. Carmen Electra says, "The best part of the Super Bowl is the parties."
Hugh Hefner and his bevy of beauties showed up at the Playboy party where Carmen Electra, Tom Arnold, and Marg Helgenberger were huddling up and ready to cut loose. Golden Globe winner Michael Chiklis told us why Hugh’s parties are always rocking. He says, "He owns a little magazine. And the articles are great in it."
Tom Arnold says, "No doubt about it, the hottest ticket in town is this party. It's easier to get Super Bowl tickets."
Shannon Elizabeth and hubby Joe Reitman soaked up the sun at the San Diego Zoo with super agent, Lee Steinberg. Trista enjoyed a little serenade from "Kangaroo Jack's" Jerry O'Connell and Anthony Anderson at the Maxim party.
From there, Trista strutted her stuff on the catwalk along with "Extra's" Lisa Guerrero and stars Vivica Fox, Dean Cain, and Jane Seymour at the Gridiron Glamour Fashion Show.
Then it was back on party patrol. Trista hung out at the Pony and Girls Gone Wild bash where Rachel Hunter and Tara Reid were all glammed up.
Over at the Cadillac Super Bowl Grand Prix, speed demons like Wayne Brady, Jamie Foxx, and Leanne Tweeden were round and round. After the game, Foxx was chilling at the hottest spot in town: the W Hotel where Playstation 2 had a viewing party.
Los Angeles Laker Robert Horry summed up the weekend perfectly. He said, "That's the thing with football; you got to have a winner, you got to have a loser."
Worst-dressed
awards
What were they thinking? Awards shows provide ample
opportunity for stars to make good apparel choices. On the other hand,
there are those celebs who make every show a hoot to watch because of
their outfits. The past 10 days have witnessed three different shows --
and three different ways to blow it when getting dressed.
* People's Choice Awards: Nobody dresses up, but
really, the "Survivor" reality show contingent left the good
stuff back in Thailand.
* American Music Awards: No fewer than three
divas -- Britney Spears, LeAnn Rimes and Carmen Electra -- passed through
dress shredders on their way in.
* Golden Globe Awards: Lara Flynn Boyle got her
few minutes of fame for her too-too-much tutu ensemble, and Sharon Stone's
goth get-up lowered her style stock.
