Hilary Duff usually has a rocking body. Or, maybe I should say she usually shows off her rocking body and not hides it. WTH is up here? A blue beach towel for most of the day at the pool? And what’s up with the Xena like silver breast coverings? I feel a warrior whoop coming on….
